Challenge

  • Changing buyer behavior: Over 95% of modern homebuyers begin their search online, expecting comprehensive visuals, filtering options, and up-to-date information.

  • The previous platform lacked flexibility, making content control and customization difficult, which hindered Betenbough Homes from meeting evolving buyer expectations.

 

Solution

Smooth Fusion implemented a complete website rebuild on a new platform. This included:

  • Platform swap to Sitefinity: Smooth Fusion rebuilt the site on Progress Sitefinity using the ASP.NET Core Renderer for enhanced performance, future readiness, and integration potential.

  • Custom content tools: Developed custom widgets, modules, and content types to give the marketing team greater control over homes, floor plans, and community listings.

  • Interactive map and search filters: Enabled buyers to filter listings by region, price, home features, and community preferences for a tailored experience.

  • Real-time integration: Connected the site to Betenbough’s internal systems to ensure live updates on availability, pricing, and imagery.
