While searching for a new home, buyers want to see home listings with up-to-date inventory and pricing, including high-quality visuals, virtual tours, and ways to easily filter home listings by their preferences.
While Betenbough had some of these features, their previous site was built on a platform that limited their ability to control content and customize their website, making it more challenging to meet the expectations of the modern home buyer.
They needed a modern, flexible website on a future-proof CMS platform to enhance the home-buying experience and streamline content management.
The Solution
To address Betenbough Home's challenges, they partnered with Smooth Fusion to rebuild their site on Sitefinity. They leveraged the platform's flexibility to build custom widgets, modules, and content types, making it easier for their team to create and organize content quickly.
On the front end, the home-buying process is now simple and engaging, with an interactive map that allows users to filter by region, price range, home features, community preferences, and more.
Smooth Fusion built a custom integration with Betenbough’s internal systems, which allows the site to display home and community information in real-time, including availability, pricing, and images to site visitors.


The new website is built on the Sitefinity ASP.NET Core Renderer, a flexible and future-proof framework that has improved site performance and allows it to integrate easily with other technologies.
