Scenario
MBS sought to target customers open to business solutions, encouraging them to
contact Microsoft and various partners for product information. The proposed
Web site needed to provide custom content for each user based on the PIN number
used to register, offer trade promotions, collect user profiles, and generate
highly detailed reports about customer needs.
Solution
Smooth Fusion partnered with DDB Direct to provide a quality end solution that
resulted in valuable lead data generation using a comprehensive reporting
package designed specifically for the client. Smooth Fusion’s AdminFramework
licensable component allowed administrators to manage site content and modules
to customize the data collection process. Building on the success of this site,
an international version of the site has been planned.
